Role Overview

This 3-month internship offers hands-on operations management experience with potential for full-time employment. You'll maintain our remote infrastructure and support cross-functional operations in a dynamic startup environment.​

What You will Do

• Manage and maintain remote operational tools including SharePoint, MS Teams, and Work Tracker.
• Support operations across accounting, HR, legal, and project management functions.
• Collaborate to enhance workflows and drive operational efficiencies.
• Take ownership of challenges and propose innovative solutions.
• Respond promptly to emergencies ensuring seamless business continuity.
• Develop leadership skills and comprehensive business operations understanding.​

What We are Looking For

• Recent graduate in Management, IT Management, or related field.
• Highly motivated, proactive, and fully dedicated to operational excellence.
• Ability to respond swiftly and effectively in emergency situations.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and remote collaboration tools preferred.​
