Position Overview

Develop an AI-powered solution integrating Manatal's API with a Large Language Model (LLM) to automate job application evaluation. The system will trigger workflows on new applications, assess candidate-job matches, and execute decisions like scheduling interviews or rejections via Manatal API. This internship delivers real-world AI impact with a certificate upon exemplary completion.​

What You'll Do

• Analyze manual shortlisting in Manatal and design automation workflows.
• Study Manatal API documentation (https://support.manatal.com/docs/manatal-api).
• Propose technical approach including LLM evaluation logic, API integration, and workflow triggers.
• Build and maintain codebase on GitHub.
• Create automated system for application evaluation and actions.
• Collaborate with recruitment/technical teams for accuracy, fairness, and scalability.
• Document development process and present approach in interview.​

Who You Are

Education: Recent graduate in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
Skills:

• Proficient in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Experience with APIs/third-party integrations (Manatal bonus).
• GitHub for version control.
• Passion for AI, automation, NLP, and business problem-solving.
• Strong analytical/communication skills.
• Available 40 hours/week.​

Bonus Skills:

• NLP models (transformers, text analysis).
• Cloud deployment (Docker, AWS, Azure).
• HR tech/recruitment experience.
