Key Responsibilities

Content Creation

• Develop engaging content concepts for websites, social media, and channels.
• Craft clear messaging highlighting brand values and Microsoft offerings.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for content insights and execution.

Design & Strategy

• Partner with designers for cohesive, professional visuals.
• Conduct market research on IT recruitment trends and competitors.
• Create tailored strategies for freelancers, clients, and IT stakeholders.

Audience & Brand Engagement

• Analyze audiences and implement personalized messaging.
• Perform competitor analysis to highlight unique value propositions.
• Ensure brand consistency across all communication platforms.

Freelancer & Marketing

• Showcase freelancer success stories and build community.
• Contribute to marketing strategies attracting top European tech talent.

Qualifications

• Proven corporate communication, content creation, and marketing experience.
• Strong portfolio in content writing and design.
• Excellent English skills (German preferred).
• Hands-on with Microsoft 365 collaboration apps, Midjourney, Canva, Figjam.
• Experience with ChatGPT/AI tools and tech industry trends.
