Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce captivating motion graphics and animations using Lottie files or Adobe After Effects across social media, websites, and promotional content.
• Transform concepts into visually compelling narratives, ensuring alignment with brand identity and messaging.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to create animated illustrations, character animations, and dynamic typography enhancing digital presence.
• Use motion design storytelling to communicate complex ideas engagingly.
• Stay updated on motion design trends and integrate innovative techniques.

Requirements

• Proven experience demonstrated through a diverse motion design portfolio.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, LottieFiles, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
• Strong grasp of animation principles, storytelling, and character design.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines in fast-paced environments, adaptable to changing priorities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to quality and brand consistency.

Desirable

• Experience converting static images to SVG or vector formats for animation.
• Motion design knowledge tailored for social media performance.
• Experience using Figma with LottieFiles plugin.
• Portfolio exhibits professional and personal motion design projects.
