Role Overview

As a Dynamics 365 Expert at M365Consult, you will optimize sales operations and CRM strategies by managing and enhancing our Dynamics 365 environment. You will drive system integration, improve automation, and fully leverage Dynamics 365s capabilities for business success.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, customize, and manage Dynamics 365 to align with business goals and sales strategies.
• Lead integration of Dynamics 365 with other business systems to enhance automation and efficiency.
• Utilize Dynamics 365 analytics for data-driven insights and sales performance tracking.
• Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team to maximize platform usage.
• Develop and implement solutions in Dynamics 365 to solve business challenges and improve customer engagement.
• Stay current with Dynamics 365 updates and features, applying beneficial changes to operations.
• Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 specialist focused on sales and CRM solutions.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 configuration, customization, and management.
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external software and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Dynamics 365 analytics and reporting tools.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities with a proactive approach.
• Effective communication and training skills to support technical and non-technical team members.
