About the job Business Analyst/ Consultant
The Tech domain Risk and finance is one of our tech domains within the bank Innovation & Technology Office (CITO). The primary goal for tribe Data Foundation within Risk & Finance is the development of a strategic data platform for Risk & Finance to ensure a strategic data delivery for all R&F Data consumers. This platform will be used for modeling, external reporting, and internal reporting. The Tribe consists of 8 areas and circa 60 squads.
You and your job:
Within tribe Data Foundation Tech MT we are currently looking for a business analyst/consultant that supports Tech MT with several running and new Tech improvement initiatives. In this role, you support and work together with Tech MT members on the strategic Tech theme Execution and Continuous Improvement. You will focus on driving, supporting, improving, and implementing Tech improvement initiatives with technological, cultural, and/or organizational aspects.
What we are looking for?
We are looking for someone with a strategic view and structured approach, someone who can operate well in an organization in the middle of transition (including scaled agile implementation, new working methods, stakeholders, and transition to a new platform) with many dependencies, diverse interests, and complexity. The role is to contribute to the Tech way of working and improvement initiatives, coordinate and develop this and associated tech deliverables, in collaboration with various stakeholders, and bring documents to decision-making. Someone who knows how to bring people in the Tribe, both from business and IT, together to shape and implement solutions that strengthen our way of working and culture.
