About the job

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team and work closely with our client in the banking domain. As a Business Analyst with expertise in Oracle FlexCube, you will play a critical role in understanding the client's requirements, analyzing business processes, and driving the successful implementation of Oracle FlexCube software.

Responsibilities

• By bringing your own experience of financial systems implementation and digitization to support users and product owner in creating and refining the backlog and solutions
• Important to think in outc13ome (what's true value) for our Business
• In identifying functional and non-functional requirements;
• In capturing and drafting priorities for requirements together with your team and your product owner;
• In representing customer and end-user interests by gathering input from stakeholders to understand the problem to be solved;
• In combining one or more (technical) specialties with the ability to translate needs into outcomes;

Requirements

• A degree in the field of Computer Sciences or Business Administration
• Has experience with aligning with Business (so can have a business mindset to think in outcome/value for our business)
• Experience in Oracle Flexcube (preferably ELCM/Facility module)
• Has an affinity with the Facilities' business
  (at least) basic testing skills
• Is able to identify and implement process improvement
• Worked in a comparable enterprise environment (complex system/banking)
  
• Has clear communication in English (written and verbal)
• Has basic knowledge of Azure-DevOps (pré)
