Position Summary: We are looking for a hands-on, reliable Repair Technician to assist our lead carpenters and technicians on restoration and construction projects. This position is ideal for someone with basic construction experience who is looking to build their skills in the trades and support a team focused on high-quality repairs following property damage.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Assist with demolition, job site preparation, and cleanup
  • Support with tasks such as:
  • Drywall installation and repairs
  • Painting, flooring, and basic trim work
  • Framing and structural repairs
  • Cabinet installation and finish work
  • Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
  • Tow a trailer to and from job sites as needed
  • Help maintain a clean and organized job site
  • Follow instructions from team leads and communicate job progress
  • Follow all company safety protocols and procedures
  • Participate in rotating on-call schedule for emergency response work

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 12 years of experience in general construction, labor, or handyman work
  • Basic knowledge of tools and materials used in construction and repairs
  • Willingness to learn new skills and take direction
  • Experience towing a trailer safely and confidently
  • Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work on your feet throughout the day
  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record required
  • Restoration experience and/or IICRC certifications are a plus, but not required
  • Bilingual
