Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Skin Care Sales Trainer (Female) to join our team in Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering professional training sessions, boosting product knowledge, and driving sales performance across our skin care portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth training sessions for sales teams and clients on skin care products and treatments.

• Develop customized training materials and strategies aligned with brand guidelines.

• Provide on-site support and coaching to retail and salon staff to enhance sales techniques.

• Monitor training effectiveness and sales performance to ensure continuous improvement.

• Stay updated on the latest trends in skin care and beauty to maintain competitive edge.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to align training with promotional goals.

Requirements:

• Female candidate (as per position requirement)

• Proven experience as a trainer or educator in the beauty or skin care industry.

• Strong understanding of skin care products, treatments, and skin types.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to motivate and inspire teams to achieve sales goals.

• Fluent in Arabic and English
