MADI International is expanding its digital transformation journey and we're looking for a Corporate B2B Website Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team!

What You will Be Doing:

  • Customer Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the onboarding process and train them on how to use our B2B e-commerce platform effectively.

  • Partnering with the Sales Team: Collaborate closely with sales representatives to support customers with placing orders and getting approvals smoothly.

  • Customer Support: Address basic technical concerns (like login or abandoned cart issues) and escalate complex ones when needed.

  • Tracking & Reporting: Maintain a detailed Excel tracker to monitor onboarding progress and submit daily updates on calls, tasks, and customer feedback.

  • Retention & Follow-up: Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customers successfully place and receive orders, and gather their feedback for ongoing improvement.

What Were Looking For:

  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken) Mandatory.

  • Customer-facing experience in a sales or support role, with a strong, proactive sales mindset.

  • Basic technical understanding of e-commerce platforms (abandoned carts, login issues, etc.).

  • Proficiency in Excel, email communication, and comfortable navigating websites.

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in Business, Communications, or related fields).

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with a customer-first attitude.

Key Success Metrics:

  • High Customer Onboarding Rate and Activation (conversion to first order).

  • Strong Customer Satisfaction scores and positive feedback.

  • Effective and timely Follow-Ups ensuring resolution of any issues.
