As a Lash and Brow Sales Trainer, your primary responsibility is to design, develop, and deliver training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of sales staff within the lash and brow department. This role involves creating engaging training sessions, assessing the performance of sales associates, and providing ongoing support to ensure a high level of customer service, sales performance, and expertise in lash and brow products and services.

Driving License is Mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Training Program Development:

    • Develop comprehensive training programs for lash and brow sales staff, covering product knowledge, sales techniques, customer service, and other relevant skills.
    • Create training materials, presentations, and resources to support the learning objectives.
  2. Training Delivery:

    • Conduct interactive and informative training sessions for new hires and existing team members in the lash and brow department.
    • Utilize various training methods, including workshops, role-playing, on-the-job training, and e-learning, to accommodate different learning styles.
  3. Product Knowledge Enhancement:

    • Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products related to lash and brow services.
    • Ensure sales associates have a deep understanding of the lash and brow department's product offerings and can effectively communicate the features and benefits to customers.
  4. Sales Techniques and Customer Service:

    • Teach effective sales techniques and customer service skills specific to lash and brow services.
    • Provide guidance on building relationships with customers, addressing their needs, and successfully promoting lash and brow products and services.
  5. Performance Assessment:

    • Regularly assess the performance of lash and brow sales associates through observation, role-playing, and other evaluation methods.
    • Provide constructive feedback and implement strategies for improvement.
  6. Team Collaboration:

    • Collaborate with store management and other departments to align training programs with overall business objectives.
    • Foster a collaborative and positive learning environment within the lash and brow department.
  7. Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate new training methodologies to continuously improve the effectiveness of the training programs.
    • Gather feedback from sales associates and management to make necessary adjustments to the training curriculum.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a sales trainer, preferably in the beauty or retail industry, with a focus on lash and brow products and services.
  • In-depth knowledge of lash and brow services, techniques, and related products.
  • Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to adapt training methods to different learning styles.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
