We are hiring a Remote HR Officer (Fresher) with a strong interest or academic background in Performance Management. You'll work closely with our HR team to support and enhance employee performance initiatives and contribute to key HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems

  • Support HR reporting and documentation related to employee KPIs and evaluations

  • Coordinate virtual performance reviews and feedback sessions

  • Help in maintaining HR records and databases

  • Provide administrative support to HR functions as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

  • Understanding of performance management concepts (coursework or internship experience is a plus)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role

  • Comfortable working remotely and independently

  • Based in Lebanon
