About the job HR Officer-Performance Management
We are hiring a Remote HR Officer (Fresher) with a strong interest or academic background in Performance Management. You'll work closely with our HR team to support and enhance employee performance initiatives and contribute to key HR processes.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the implementation and monitoring of performance management systems

Support HR reporting and documentation related to employee KPIs and evaluations

Coordinate virtual performance reviews and feedback sessions

Help in maintaining HR records and databases

Provide administrative support to HR functions as needed
Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field

Understanding of performance management concepts (coursework or internship experience is a plus)

Strong organizational and communication skills

Eagerness to learn and grow in an HR role

Comfortable working remotely and independently
