  • Provide product information, order updates, and support with returns or complaints.
  • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, polite, and professional service.
  • Update customer records and service logs accurately.

Requirements:

  • Saudi National Mandatory.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
