Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Provide product information, order updates, and support with returns or complaints.
- Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Maintain customer satisfaction through prompt, polite, and professional service.
- Update customer records and service logs accurately.
Requirements:
- Saudi National Mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Previous experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
