Sales Supervisor ( Female )

Minimum of three years of experience in sales and management, preferably in the salon professional or cosmetics industry.

Knowledgeable about the beauty industry, current market trends, and salon operations.

Familiarity with the local beauty salon industry in KSA and an understanding of the products and services offered by competitors.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.

Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Ability to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
