Roles & Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.
- Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to the sales team and leadership.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models.
- Assist with sales territory planning and quota setting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
- Identify areas for sales process improvement and propose solutions.
- Support sales team with data analysis and insights.
- Assist in the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and systems.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Provide support and training to the sales team on sales tools and systems.
- Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data visualization.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
- Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Possess these skills: critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
