Roles & Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data to identify trends and patterns.
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings to the sales team and leadership.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models.
  • Assist with sales territory planning and quota setting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes.
  • Identify areas for sales process improvement and propose solutions.
  • Support sales team with data analysis and insights.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of sales tools and systems.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
  • Provide support and training to the sales team on sales tools and systems.
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce, or another Customer Relationship Management (CRM), and data visualization.


Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or related roles.
  • Experience in the technology industry is preferred.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Possess these skills: critical thinking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, data analysis, and strategic planning.
