Responsible for the sales activities and sales teams of related products in salon professional in assigned districts and expanding accounts in the market department clients database. Keep Focus on the bottom line and accountability to increase profitability achievement and maintain the net profit by district as per the set budget.

Manage quality and consistency of products and service delivery, Responsible for team achieving Sales and collection targets as per assigned budget and forecast

Responsible for achieving gross margin targets by brand, by customer and by classification on monthly basis as per annually agreed budget and target.

Empowerment of achieving district targets efficiently as per set KPIs.

Searches the market and identifies sales prospects.

Maintain maximum of 2% sales return of the previous monthly achievement.

Achieve collection team targets with full alignment with the credit department to ensure all due payments are collected as per SOP credit system to ensure better cash flow.

Maintain healthy aging, receivables < 90 days.

Responsible for business growth vertically and horizontally.

Customer acquisition by brand by line and expanding coverage directly and indirectly.

Maintaining and establishes positive professional relationships with potential and existing clients.

Responses on clients inquiries, identifies and resolves their concerns through orientation sessions explaining product features by collaborating with marketing and educators to apply SME concept.

Following up all through the sales cycle from placing order to delivery to the customer.

Ensuring after sales services, positive communication and proper follow ups for better customers satisfaction.

Utilizing available stock through order forms in order to generate and maintain sales opportunities.

Hold the responsibility along with the sales team to deliver improved sales techniques trainings and all related product knowledge, in order to prepare the sales team to meet the monthly set targets

Follows-up with brand managers and demand planning to ensure availability of products and samples based on clients needs.

Responsible for maintaining high coordination with the marketing department and education teams for all aspects related to new products and other related marketing and training activities that meet Madi International strategy

Monitor new staff during their probation period and advise the Human Resources regarding their Performance by providing timely feedback.

Organize weekly meetings with the sales team in order to review their sales achievements.

Lead, guide, and direct sales teams punctuality and performance on monthly basis to ensure covering assigned areas to achieve company's goals.
