MADI International is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Nail Technician / Outdoor Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role combines technical expertise in nail services with business development and sales responsibilities, making it ideal for candidates who enjoy both beauty services and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote and sell MADI International's professional nail products and solutions to salons, spas, and beauty centers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide technical guidance to customers.
• Train salon staff on product usage, application techniques, and best practices.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer portfolio.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Nail Technician.
• Previous experience in outdoor sales, preferably within the beauty, cosmetics, or professional salon industry.
• Strong knowledge of professional nail products, treatments, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
• Ability to work independently and manage field visits effectively.
• English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
