Country Marketing Officer - UAE National only

We are looking for a Country Marketing Officer to support the execution of marketing campaigns, retail activations, and events in line with brand guidelines, ensuring strong market presence and sell-out performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute global and regional campaigns locally
• Support retail visibility, merchandising, and in-store activations
• Coordinate events, trainings, and marketing activities
• Work closely with Sales and Brand teams
• Monitor market trends and prepare performance reports

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• 2-3 years of experience in marketing/trade marketing
• Experience in beauty, FMCG, or retail is a plus
• Strong coordination and communication skills
