What You'll Do

As our Creative Strategist, you'll lead the development of high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and ROI. Your primary focus will be on digital media advertising, combining strategic thinking with expert copywriting to create campaigns that resonate with our target audience and deliver measurable results.

Primary Responsibilities

Performance-Driven Strategy Development:

  • Develop comprehensive creative strategies focused on performance marketing objectives and KPIs
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive landscapes
  • Translate data and insights into high-converting creative strategies and copy
  • Create compelling messaging frameworks that drive customer acquisition and retention

Campaign Planning and Execution:

  • Conceptualize and execute integrated performance marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid social, paid search, display, and programmatic
  • Write and optimize ad copy that drives clicks, conversions, and revenue
  • Develop creative briefs and provide strategic direction to design teams
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and continuously optimize for better results
  • A/B test messaging, angles, and creative approaches to maximize performance

Copy Excellence:

  • Craft persuasive, conversion-focused copy for ads, landing pages, and marketing funnels
  • Develop multiple messaging angles and creative concepts for testing
  • Write clear, compelling calls-to-action that drive user behavior
  • Ensure copy aligns with brand voice while prioritizing performance outcomes

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with media buyers, analysts, and design teams to ensure strategic alignment
  • Communicate performance insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Foster a data-driven, test-and-learn culture focused on continuous improvement

Trend Analysis and Innovation:

  • Stay current on performance marketing trends, platform updates, and emerging best practices
  • Apply competitive insights to inform creative strategy
  • Experiment with new messaging approaches and ad formats to improve campaign performance

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in creative strategy with a strong focus on performance marketing
  • Proven copywriting expertise with a portfolio demonstrating high-performing campaigns
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing principles and conversion optimization
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and make strategic decisions
  • Experience with digital advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
  • Track record of developing creative strategies that deliver measurable ROI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred:

  • B2C marketing experience, particularly in e-commerce or DTC brands
  • Experience with funnel optimization and landing page strategy
  • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and attribution models
