Supply Chain Manager

Own and optimize the supply chain function for a rapidly scaling D2C health and wellness brand, ensuring products are delivered on time, cost-effectively, and at the highest quality.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, from sourcing to last-mile delivery

• Manage supplier relationships, contracts, and negotiations

• Optimize inventory management and demand forecasting

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

• Implement systems and processes to improve supply chain efficiency

• Collaborate with operations, marketing, and product teams to align supply with business goals

• Identify risks in the supply chain and develop mitigation strategies

Must-Haves:

• Proven experience in supply chain management, ideally within D2C or consumer goods

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast and model supply/demand

• Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills

• Familiarity with supply chain software and tools

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in the health, wellness, or supplement industry

• Knowledge of international logistics and fulfillment models

• Background in early-stage or high-growth companies

Notes:

• Remote role, but candidates based outside the Netherlands, UK, or USA are preferred

• Full-time contract position
