Senior Designer

We have an opening for a Senior Designer on our remote and distributed team. As a Senior Designer, you'll lead projects spanning branding, digital design, campaigns, packaging, and diverse creative initiatives. This role requires strategic thinking combined with exceptional craft and execution.

Experience and Abilities

Required:

• 5+ years working as a designer or senior designer in an agency, studio, or in-house creative environment
• Experience designing comprehensive brand systems that extend from identity to motion to webthe more versatile, the better
• Expert proficiency working in Figma, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign, and Photoshop
• Ability to interpret and contribute to high-level strategy and apply it effectively to the task at hand
• Proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects simultaneously, handle a fast-paced work environment, shifting deadlines, new challenges, and changing priorities
• An optimistic, positive outlook on the work that contributes to setting the tone of any project or assignment

Nice to Have Skills

• Illustration or 3D capabilities
• Enjoy copywriting and naming projects
• Interest in front-end development or no-code website development such as Webflow
