Lead the internal engine of a D2C business by driving execution across teams, operationalizing strategy, and partnering with the founder as the company scales.
Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure seamless execution across all business functions

Translate strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans for cross-functional teams

Build scalable processes and operational frameworks to support growth

Partner with the founder to refine and execute long-term business strategy

Manage performance metrics and reporting to track progress and efficiency

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and results-driven execution
Must-Haves:

Proven experience in operations leadership within D2C, e-commerce, or consumer brands

Strong track record of scaling processes, teams, and business systems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Excellent communication and leadership skills

Financial acumen and comfort with P&L management

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability
