About the job Art Director
Art Director an early-stage interactive fashion discovery platform at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle, and culture.
Responsibilities:

Translate founders vision into campaign concepts and social narratives

Art direct and ideate social content, with interns supporting execution

Set brand aesthetic and creative tone across all platforms

Develop and refine a brand playbook (visual guidelines, tone, key aesthetic language)

Experiment with turning everyday objects and cultural moments into lifestyle-driven narratives

Collaborate with founder and interns to align creative with product and brand goals
-
Contribute to positioning for future partnerships (fashion, travel, lifestyle)

Step in to support hands-on needs (graphic design, light photography, landing page builds) when required
Must-Haves:

Strong portfolio showcasing art direction, campaigns, or storytelling in fashion/lifestyle

Ability to interpret abstract ideas into multiple creative directions

Aesthetic sense that is elevated and chic but not overly edgy or niche

Proficiency with design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) or similar creative production skills

Proactive, self-directed approach; able to deliver without micromanagement

Collaborative mindset to balance founders vision with original ideas
Nice-to-Haves:

Experience creating brand playbooks or visual identity systems from scratch

Cross-disciplinary background (fashion, interiors, lifestyle, culture)

Photography or video editing skills alongside design

Prior experience in early-stage/startup environments

Familiarity with social media storytelling beyond paid ads
Notes:
- This role will have a trial period of 1 month to ensure that both the founder and art director are aligned
- Part-time hours to start are more than fine
