APAC regional headquarters based in Singapore, with operations across multiple countries. The company is entering a new phase of strategic transformation including diversification into adjacent customer verticals and service innovation. SUMMARY OF THE ROLE
We are currently retained to identify a commercially astute and operationally hands-on Chief Executive Officer APAC to lead the company's next chapter of growth and regional integration. This role assumes full P&L ownership across the Asia Pacific region and reports to the global executive leadership team.
The successful candidate will play a central role in shaping commercial strategy, building high-performing leadership teams, and ensuring best-in-class service delivery across a multi-country business.
KEY RESPONSIBLITIES
- Provide strategic leadership and direction across all operations within the APAC region
- Drive revenue growth, cost efficiency, and overall P&L performance
- Translate global group objectives into actionable regional strategies
- Oversee core functions including commercial, operations, finance, HR, and client success
- Lead expansion efforts into adjacent industries and high-growth markets
- Cultivate a culture of performance, collaboration, and values-driven leadership
- Ensure regulatory compliance and governance across all regional markets
- Represent the region in global leadership forums and contribute to enterprise-wide planning
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain, contract manufacturing, or adjacent industries
- Proven track record in leading regional (APAC) businesses, ideally headquartered in Singapore
- Strong commercial acumen with experience growing top-line and optimizing margins
- Effective in multicultural, matrixed environments with global stakeholder exposure
- Skilled in strategic thinking, people leadership, and change management
- Previous experience interfacing with a public-listed board or global executive team is preferred
