SALES AND LEASING CONSULTANT

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales And Leasing Consultant at CBRE Cambodia in Phnom Penh. The Sales And Leasing Consultant will be responsible for sales, leases, resident retention, communication, lease administration, and customer service. Daily tasks include matching clients with suitable properties, conducting viewing tours, advising on leases, market rents and investment opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

Leases and Lease Administration skills

Find good listings and do listing

Able to use CRM

Can communicate well in English. Chinese is a bonus.

Resident Retention and Customer Service skills

Strong communication skills

Experience in the real estate industry is a plus

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills

Ability to work well in a team and independently

Positive attitude

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field Residential sale and leasing experience is a must
