JOB BRIEF

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for process optimization, data, and user engagement? We’re looking for a dynamic Operations Manager or Senior Operations Specialist to join our team and lead initiatives that drive user growth, retention, and revenue. This is your chance to impact a fast-scaling digital product in a data-driven and collaborative environment.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Lead Full-Cycle User Operations:
    Own and optimize the full user lifecycle from acquisition and activation to retention and re-engagement through data-backed strategies and experiments.

  • Uncover and Solve Bottlenecks (TOC):
    Apply the Theory of Constraints (TOC) framework to identify critical points in the user journey or internal processes, and lead improvements for sustainable growth.

  • Monitor Competitors & Market Movements:
    Perform regular competitor analysis and data audits to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights that shape strategic direction.

  • Drive Product & Data Collaboration:
    Work cross-functionally with product managers, developers, and analysts to iterate features and enhance metrics like LTV, ARPU, and DAU retention.

  • Campaign ROI Management:
    Track the return on investment of user operations and campaigns, optimize for performance, and scale what works.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Operations, Marketing, or a related field

  • 3+ years in user operations, preferably in iGaming, betting, or online entertainment

  • ️ Practical experience using TOC (Theory of Constraints) in real-world operational optimization

  • Confident with analytics tools: Excel, SQL, Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms

  • Understanding of user behavior and market trends in Eastern Europe / CIS regions

  • Strong communication skills for working across teams, presenting insights, and managing cross-functional projects

  • Fluent English required; Russian is a strong plus
