JOB BRIEF
We are seeking a globally-minded, data-driven, and execution-strong Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead the company's overall marketing strategy, user growth, brand development, and affiliate ecosystem.
You will oversee sales operations, branding, paid traffic acquisition, SEO, KOL partnerships, and a large-scale affiliate program. Your goal will be to build a full-funnel growth flywheel from acquisition to conversion, retention, and referraldriving scalable, cross-regional growth.
What You Will Do:
- Market Strategy
Define mid-to-long-term growth strategies and deliver actionable monthly/quarterly targets
Build and continuously optimize the growth model, integrating private message outreach, ad buying, user activation, and agent-driven referrals
- Advertising & Channel Expansion
Manage advertising budget allocation and lead media buying/testing on platforms like Telegram, VK, Reddit, etc.
Develop high-converting channels such as adult sites, live score platforms, and fiction websites, and implement a robust channel evaluation system
- User Conversion & Affiliate Growth
Streamline the user journey from registration, deposit, becoming an agent, managing direct messaging, social engagement, and commission systems
Build a large-scale Mass Affiliate system and collaborate with the affiliate team on recruitment, monitoring, and agent support mechanisms
- Brand & Content Development
Unify brand visuals and messaging standards; oversee production of visual assets, promotional videos, and partnership materials
Supervise social media presence and crisis communication, building a brand that is trustworthy, secure, and global
- Team Building & Cross-Department Collaboration
Build and lead a \~30-person marketing team across 6 functional units, implementing KPI-driven management
Collaborate with the CDO (Chief Data Officer), COO, and other departments to complete the growth loop
What You Will Bring to the Table:
- Core Competencies
5+ years of experience in marketing, growth, or brand management in Russian-speaking markets; background in iGaming, gaming, crypto, or fintech preferred
Proven track record in overseas promotion (Russian, Portuguese, Southeast Asian markets), familiar with Telegram, VK, affiliate traffic, or SEO strategies
Experience with conversion via direct messaging, telesales-based referral loops, and managing CPA/CPS affiliate models is a plus
Strong understanding of data-driven operations: user segmentation, conversion funnels, ROI analysis, and tagging systems
- Language Skills
Fluent in English (required); Russian, Portuguese, Indonesian, or Vietnamese is a strong plus
- Leadership Style
Experience building and managing cross-functional marketing teams
Highly responsible, execution-oriented, and capable of delivering results independently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
