Any information that is collected by way of documentation that you provide are only utilised to allow you to take part in such the application and recruitment process whilst engaging with Mahi 4 The Future recruitment. 

Any information is collected, maintained and kept secure within the means of ensuring that all information is collected and maintained along with being kept in a secure environment in accordance with NZ Legislative act represented in the Privacy Act in addition within the confines of International GPDR law.

Applying with a CV

Mahi 4 The Future will advertise roles on behalf of clients (employers or business entities), as an applicant in order to be considered for our roles provided that your experience, skills and direction is outlined to be in alignment with the client's criteria.

As such an applicant must provide a valid and correct CV, as such any information found in the CV provided will be uploaded to our Recruitment Software. Such information along with any such information provided as part of the recruitment process will be utilised in a way to assess your suitability for the role. 

As such your CV and information may be passed over through to our client for review of your suitability for the role that you have applied for. 

Correctiveness

All information provided in your application must be provided within the context and the intent of assurance of correct and true information. Any such information that is provided maliciously or alternatively with the intent to cause harm or mislead any representative of Mahi 4 The Future or any client will cause your application to be deemed declined. 

Any such similar action to be taken where regularity considered may cause Mahi 4 The Future to reserve the right to Blacklist your CV from future roles.
