We are looking for a result driven retail Store Manager to be responsible for the overall store management. The successful candidate will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals, supervise inventory functions and manage staff effectively.

Requirements

The position requires to have experience in supervising, training, managing, coaching and motivating employees.

Management background in a retail, human resources or another environment with a strong customer focus.

Familiar with all aspects of retail, including hiring, scheduling, training, marketing, loss prevention and team leadership.

Computer skills and knowledge of common applications, such as web browsers, Outlook and Microsoft Office.

Excellent communications skills, written and verbal.

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

A high school degree or GED is essential.

At least 18 years of age.

Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Pass a Pre-employment background screen.

Availability to work flexible shifts, which may include evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

The Store Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to the following;

  • Responsible for full operation of the store including:
  1. Hiring, training and developing a team of effective Sales Associates.
  2. Responsible for overseeing organization of store schedule and employee time sheets.
  3. Maintaining a clean and organized store environment and ensuring that visual merchandising is engaging to customers, while adhering to the wireless brand standards.
  4. Must ensure that all cash handling and bank deposits are conducted according to company policy.
  • Responsibility for the overall productivity results in the store including:
  1. Meet and exceed organizational and individual performance goals.
  2. Ensure that sales associates are up to speed on training for new products and offerings.
  3. Responsible for inventory control and loss prevention.
  4. Coaching the sales Associates in building relationships with customers and understanding their needs. Supporting them in delivering a strong customer experience that will allow the customer to confidently recommend the wireless brand to their friends and family.
