Marketplace Specialist (Amazon & Noon)

Description

We are looking for a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join us. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth within their accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of clients needs, excellent communication skills, and a solid background in account management especially within the Saudi market.

Responsibilities 

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals and ensure our solutions meet their business needs.
• Coordinate internally with operations, marketing, and creative teams to deliver timely and effective solutions. 
• Monitor account performance and prepare regular reports.
• Stay informed about market trends, especially in the Saudi Market
• Handle client feedback and resolve issue promptly and professionally.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience as an Account Manager preferably in KSA of GCC Markets
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
• Experience working with E-Commerce, marketing, or dogotal services.
