Experience in a transaction advisory environment is compulsory.

• Post close analytics
• Finance strategy
• Option evaluation and identification
• Closing
• Turnaround
• Restructuring
• Solvency.

Requirements:

• CA or CFA with 3+ years post articles experience
• Right to work in the UK compulsory
• Market related CTC
