Business Development (Pil 2)

Job description:

• Looking for potential property prospects for acquisition
• make cold calls to offer Mamikos products to property owners
• make sales visits when needed
• so that the target room being acquired is achieved.
• negotiate with property owners to reach a cooperation agreement
• Handling cooperation agreements assisted by the legal team, establishing a close relationship with the owner so that the cooperation is smooth and profitable
• Acquired rooms can be picked up to run smoothly and ensure that revenue targets are achieved.
• replace standard-compliant reporting.

Qualification:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business/Marketing/Management.
• Have excellent negotiation, presentation, interpersonal and sales skills
• Minimum 2 years work experience. Experience in the hotel and start-up industry is a plus
• Have excellent interpersonal skills in building relationships with clients (boarding owners & boarding children)
• Excellent communication skills
• Have a passion for global sales, account management, and target-oriented
• Tech Savvy and willing to travel a lot.
