Operations Excellence Lead

Responsibilities

• Conducting an assessment of the system (process and technology) in the operations team, conducting interviews to assess the existing system, and identifying opportunities for continuous performance improvement (process and technology) in the operations team, and reviewing the results of the assessment for analysis.
• Conduct detailed root cause analysis to identify potential solutions to improve ineffective and inefficient operational activities, as well as conduct detailed cost & benefit analysis to prioritize and select the most optimal solution with maximum results.
  Create and develop tools to improve operational systems (processes and technology), assist the implementation of tools by the operational team so that they run effectively and efficiently, create strategies and create operating standards to improve operations
  
• Providing advice for the development of sustainable business processes, developing and implementing new strategies, initiating changes to business processes towards more effective and efficient ways to achieve business targets
• Carry out an end-to-end process in overseeing new initiative plans starting from research plan briefings, implementation of action plans, research evaluations, brainstorming to make improvements based on data and insights, presenting initiative plans, and ensuring all initiative plans run well and according to targets
  
• Dividing tasks in teams, monitoring the completion of tasks by members to match the timeline and targets, managing team performance to always achieve targets
  
• Prepare documentation and reporting according to standards

Requirements

• Bachelor degree from any major
• Minimum 3-4 years experience in a similar field.
• Good Analytical, Project Management, Administrative, Communication, and Presentation Skills
