Product Designer

Job Description:

• Contribute to each phase of product design team workflow, from define to measure.
• Communicate research findings and design solutions to product/project teams and senior leaders.
• Actively generate insights that fuel ideation and evaluate the product design.
• Do design review and actively give design critiques/feedback to ensure the quality of the experiences.
• Assists with prioritizing initiatives for product roadmap by collaborating with Product managers and other stakeholders.
• Manage the product design roadmap and ensure the team delivers the research and design based on the timeline agreed before.
• Contribute to internal product design team initiatives to ensure effective collaboration.
• Build relationships and become a partner with the product design team, product manager, marketing manager, brand, and more.

Requirements:

• Excellent working knowledge of research and design principles.
• Bachelor of Psychology, Anthropology.
• Passionate in research and design.
• Ability to influence and mentor junior product designers.
• Ability to ask, as well as answer, meaningful and impactful questions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
