Senior IT Project Manager

Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to drive transversal IT projects from initiation to delivery. You will take full ownership of project lifecycle management, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and structure projects: scope, impact analysis, planning, budgeting, resources.

• Manage execution and follow-up, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

• Lead, motivate, and coordinate multidisciplinary teams.

• Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and senior decision-makers.

• Apply recognised methodologies (PRINCE2, MSP, Agile/Scrum) for effective governance.

• Support digital transformation initiatives across infrastructure and application domains.

Profile

• Solid track record in IT project management with proven experience in complex environments.

• Familiar with PRINCE2 and Agile methodologies.

• Strong knowledge of IT processes (development and infrastructure).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and coaching skills.

• Organised, methodical, and capable of managing priorities.

• Prior experience in Belgian public sector organisations is an asset.

• Language skills: French is essential; English and/or Dutch are a plus.
