Change Manager

 Job Description:

Responsibilities

  • Conduct impact analyses and develop change-management plans.

  • Define, implement, and continuously adjust a PROSCI/ADKAR-based approach (mandatory).

  • Lead digital communications (clear, targeted, multi-audience messaging).

  • Support managers and change ambassadors in their role as local champions.

  • Track engagement/adoption/usage KPIs, identify risks, and propose corrective actions.

  • Train/coach teams and foster a participative, proactive culture.

  • Drive the adoption of new processes and of the SAP S/4HANA ERP.

Expected Deliverables

  • Impact analysis & recommendations.

  • Adoption strategy and rollout plan (training, communications, sponsorship).

  • Adoption toolkit (guides, FAQs, learning paths).

  • Adoption KPI dashboards and associated action plans.

Profile Sought

  • PROSCI certification ( 3 years) with proven ADKAR practice.

  • 5 years experience, incl. 3 in change management (digital transformation/ERP).

  • SAP knowledge is an asset (S/4HANA context).

  • Coaching skills (individual/group) strongly appreciated.

  • Excellent digital communication (written & oral), strong organisation, autonomy, structured approach, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
