Role: Senior Business Project Manager Life Tax
Location: Ixelles (Brussels) Hybrid
Duration: 01 Sep 2025 28 Feb 2026 (6 months, full time) Freelance
Mission goal
Lead strategic projects on the Regulatory Roadmap (including the Arizona coalition), ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities
-
End-to-end leadership of tax-related regulatory projects in Life Insurance (initiation closure)

Apply best-practice PM methodologies (Agile) and the internal project life cycle

Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders; ensure governance & controls

Track budget/scope/schedule; manage dependencies and risks
Required knowledge & skills

Belgian insurance framework (Life)

Belgian tax framework relevant to Life products

Regulatory project management (Agile)

PM tools (e.g., Jira/Confluence/MS Project)

Excellent communication, problem-solving and analytical skills; resilience in complex regulatory environments
