Freelance Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description:
Your Responsibilities

Handle the full recruitment cycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, follow-up, and onboarding

Actively search and approach candidates via school networks, Actiris, VDAB, social media, and RecruiterSeat
-
Manage job postings in ATS systems and ensure accurate administration

Set up and conduct phone screenings and tests

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and HR partners

Report on recruitment activities and KPIs
Your Profile

Bachelors or Masters degree (or equivalent professional experience)

At least 5 years of proven experience in recruitment

Bilingual in Dutch and French, both spoken and written

Strong command of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with ATS tools

Hands-on experience with various sourcing channels such as VDAB, Actiris, schools, social media, and personal networks

Social, communicative, and a true team player

Driven, independent, and solution-oriented
