Essential Functions

· Always communicate clearly and professionally.

· Manage large amounts of incoming/outgoing phone calls.

· Capacity to work in a fast paced and high-volume work environment.

· Provide timely and accurate information to incoming client requests.

· Work collaboratively with the legal departments to resolve any case management issues.

· Provide timely feedback regarding any client issues or concerns.

· Comply with established Call Center metrics as assigned by management including Call time, Call backs, Reports and Special projects.

· Adapt to the changing environment and complete all projects as assigned by management.

· Keep records of client interactions. 10.Ensure policy and procedure effectiveness.

Required Education and Experience

· High School Diploma

· 2+ years’ client service experience.

· 2+ years’ experience handling inbound and outgoing calls.

· Tech savvy/computer literate.

· Must be detail oriented.

· English language: Must be fully proficient.
