Finance Administrator

Overview:

• The Finance Administrator is responsible for providing a high level of support to the Finance Coordinator and Project Managers to assist with the seamless running of Construction projects.

Job Description:

• Providing financial and administrative support for projects;
• Raising variations in Procore ready for claiming at month end;
• Assist Finance Coordinator and/or Project Manager with any adhoc tasks;
• System/data administration for multiple systems;
• Assisting with following up unpaid invoices;
• Other reasonable duties as required
