Job Description:

Product Owner
(Permanent: Menlyn Maine, Pretoria)

About the Role:
 - Strategic development, lifecycle management, and continuous improvement of the
   company's products
 - Planning, organizing, and coordinating product initiatives for both new and existing clients.
 - Focus is on improving business processes and systems to enhance product value and
   customer satisfaction
 - Supports the delivery of product requirements throughout the lifecycle, including go-live
   and post-launch support.

What Were Looking For:
 - Experience in the banking or financial services industry is advantageous
 - High level of personal integrity and ethics.
 - Strong sense of accountability and ownership

Experience: 3 - 5 years of experience in Product Management or a similar role.

Qualifications:
 - Industrial Engineering Qualification (preferred)
 - Matric or equivalent qualification recognized by the Department of Higher Education &
   Training.
 - National Diploma / Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.

Daily Tasks:

 - Own and manage the product lifecycle from concept to delivery.
 - Develop product strategies and road maps aligned with business goals
 - Define product requirements and prioritize features
 - Collaborating with cross-functional teams including development, QA, marketing, and sales
 - Monitor product performance and customer feedback to drive improvements
 - Manage product risks, issues, and dependencies
 - Facilitate product launches and client training
 - Continuously improving product processes and documentation
