Job Description:

Digital Content & SEO Specialist

Location: Bryanston, in office, hybrid after completion of probation. Travel to Menlyn is required.

Duration: Permanent

Required:

  • You will own the online presence across all sites and platforms.
  • Keep content accurate, fast, and discoverable, ensuring our products are easy to find, understand, and trust.
  • Focus on SEO, digital visibility, and emerging AI channels to drive awareness, leads, and growth across the ecosystem.

Daily Duties:

  • Website Ownership: Manage and maintain all sites, keeping them fast, consistent, and user-friendly. Coordinate with Tech and Product on updates, performance, and architecture.
  • SEO Strategy & Execution: Own SEO across all brochure / public sites: audits, technical and on-page SEO, keyword tracking, content opportunities, and monthly performance reporting.
  • Content Management: Create, manage, and optimise content (blogs, FAQs, landing pages, case studies) for readability, SEO, and AI discoverability. Maintain a content calendar, ensure brand consistency, and ensure compliance with Shopify requirements across all sites.
  • App Store & AI Discovery: Optimise app listings (iOS/Android), monitor visibility, reviews, and conversions, and implement structured data for AI discoverability.
  • Analytics & Insights: Track traffic, conversions, and SEO performance. Deliver insights to guide marketing, product, and content decisions.
  • ​Collaboration & Governance: Partner with Marketing, Tech, and Product to align web strategy, maintain a unified brand experience, and manage a shared roadmap of updates.

Qualifications:

  • ​Bachelors Degree / National Diploma: Preferred fields include Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, and Information Technology (IT).

Experience and technical skills:

  • 3 –5 years in SEO, content management, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on with Webflow, basic HTML/CSS, Google Search Console, GA4, and SEO tools (e.g., Semrush).
  • ​Proven ability to plan and execute SEO across multiple sites, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, structured data, and site performance.
  • Strong content skills: writing, editing, and optimising product-driven content for search, AI, and user intent.
  • Experience managing app store listings (ASO) to improve visibility, conversion, and reviews.
  • Analytical mindset: track performance, interpret data, and drive measurable improvements.
  • Eye for UX, design consistency, and brand tone.
  • Excellent cross-team coordination with Marketing, Tech, and Product to deliver aligned launches and a unified digital experience.

Working Place:

Bryanston (with travel to Menlyn from time to time)
