Position: Paid Media Coordinator

About:

We are looking for Paid Media Coordinator to support the Paid Media Specialist and help manage the digital presence across multiple advertising platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Setup & Execution: Assist in building campaigns across Google, Meta, X, TikTok, LinkedIn, and more. Tasks include uploading ad copy, configuring targeting, setting tracking links, and ensuring campaigns are error-free before launch.
  • Daily Account Monitoring: Conduct daily checks on spend, performance, and ad delivery. Identify issues such as overspending, drops in performance, or faulty links and escalate to the Paid Media Specialist.
  • Audience & Keyword Support: Perform foundational keyword research and help build lookalike/retargeting audiences. Maintain updated customer lists.
  • Reporting: Pull, clean, and prepare weekly data for dashboards to support analysis by the Senior Specialist.
  • Collaboration: Work with SEO, Content, and Tech teams to align paid media with trending topics, platform issues, and promotional landing pages.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Marketing, Brand Management, or Communications.

Experience:

  • 6–12 months in a digital marketing or agency environment, with exposure to ad platform back-ends.

Skills:

  • Actively pursuing or holding Google Ads certifications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience compiling data into dashboards and identifying basic performance trends
