Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced QA Tester to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our software products. The ideal candidate has a strong testing background, holds a recognised QA/Testing certification, and has solid knowledge of automated testing practices.
Experience & Qualification
- Intermediate to senior-level experience in software quality assurance
- Recognised QA/Testing certification (e.g. ISTQB or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Proven knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks
- Experience with regression, functional, and integration testing
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of quality outcomes
Nice to Have
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines
- API and performance testing experience
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments
Daily Tasks:
- Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Perform manual and automated testing across web and/or mobile applications
- Identify, log, track, and verify software defects
- Work closely with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues
- Participate in requirements reviews to ensure testability
- Continuously improve testing processes and test coverage
