You understand that this includes sharing your profile and supporting documents with Belay-TS’s clients for recruitment and placement purposes.

You further consent to Belay-TS conducting reference checks, verification checks (including employment history, qualifications, and criminal or credit checks where applicable), and any other lawful screening relevant to the position.
3. No Guarantee of Employment

Submitting an application does not guarantee shortlisting, an interview, or employment.

4. Communication

You agree that Belay-TS may contact you via email, phone, SMS, or other means regarding your application, future job opportunities, or updates on recruitment processes.

7. Withdrawal of Application

You may withdraw your application at any time by notifying Belay-TS in writing.

Upon withdrawal, Belay-TS may retain your information for future suitable opportunities unless you request removal from our database.
8. Data Retention

You acknowledge that Belay-TS may retain your personal information for as long as legally permissible to fulfil recruitment purposes, unless you request deletion as allowed under POPIA.
9. Limitation of Liability

Belay-TS is not liable for any loss, damage, or disputes arising from decisions made by clients, including hiring decisions, interview outcomes, or employment conditions.

Belay-TS is not responsible for system errors, technical issues, or delays affecting the submission of your application.
10. Changes to Terms

Belay-TS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any updates will be effective once published on our website.
