Role Summary
We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital footprint. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and optimize the customer journey from discovery to conversion.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Planning
- Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
- Develop a digital marketing roadmap that aligns with broader business objectives and revenue targets.
2. Campaign Management & Execution
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B testing).
3. Analytics & Optimization
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (UX).
4. Leadership & Collaboration
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
- Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: [X] years of working experience in digital marketing, specifically within [Industry, e.g., SaaS, Retail, eCommerce].
- Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Tools & Technologies
- CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
- CRM/Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
- Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic proficiency).
- Project Management: Asana, Trello, or Jira.
