Role Summary

We are looking for a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Manager to own our digital footprint. In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. Your primary goal will be to drive brand awareness, generate high-quality leads, and optimize the customer journey from discovery to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Planning

  • Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
  • Design, build, and maintain our social media presence across all digital channels.
  • Develop a digital marketing roadmap that aligns with broader business objectives and revenue targets.

2. Campaign Management & Execution

  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B testing).

3. Analytics & Optimization

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience (UX).

4. Leadership & Collaboration

  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
  • Manage and collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: [X] years of working experience in digital marketing, specifically within [Industry, e.g., SaaS, Retail, eCommerce].
  • Education: BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Technical Skills:

    • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
    • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
    • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends).
    • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns.
  • Soft Skills: Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Tools & Technologies

  • CMS: WordPress, Webflow, or similar.
  • CRM/Automation: HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo, or Mailchimp.
  • Design: Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic proficiency).
  • Project Management: Asana, Trello, or Jira.
