About the job Senior Product Manager
About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and execution of key product initiatives. In this role, you'll work at the intersection of customer needs, business objectives, and technical capabilities to deliver products that create meaningful value for our users and drive company growth.
What You'll Do
You'll own the product roadmap and vision for your area, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to bring new features and products to market. This means conducting customer research to deeply understand pain points, defining product requirements and specifications, prioritizing ruthlessly based on impact, and making tough trade-off decisions. You'll translate business goals into actionable product plans while ensuring technical feasibility and market fit.
Throughout the product development cycle, you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to ship high-quality releases on schedule. This includes running sprint planning, writing user stories, conducting stakeholder reviews, and coordinating go-to-market activities. You'll also establish success metrics, analyze product performance data, and iterate based on user feedback and business outcomes.
Beyond execution, you'll serve as the product evangelist both internally and externally, communicating the product vision and value proposition to executives, team members, customers, and partners. You'll also mentor junior product team members and help elevate product management practices across the organization.
What We're Looking For
You bring 5+ years of product management experience, with a proven track record of launching successful products from conception through launch and growth. You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with data to inform decisions, measure success, and identify opportunities. Your communication skills allow you to influence stakeholders at all levels, from engineers to executives, and you can distill complex technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives.
You're customer-obsessed and have experience conducting user research, analyzing feedback, and translating insights into product requirements. You understand agile development methodologies and have worked closely with engineering teams throughout the software development lifecycle. You're comfortable with ambiguity, can balance competing priorities, and know how to make progress even when perfect information isn't available.
Nice to Have
Experience in our industry or with similar products, technical background or engineering degree, familiarity with relevant tools and technologies, and experience with B2B or enterprise products.
