Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Zapier Integration Specialist to join our Manatal Tech Team Account (Production). As a Zapier Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated workflows to integrate various systems and applications using Zapier. This role is a full-time, remote position and will require strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement automated workflows using Zapier to integrate various systems and applications

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with existing integrations

- Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration with our software

- Stay updated on the latest Zapier features and updates and make recommendations for process improvements

- Monitor and maintain the performance of integrations to ensure they are running smoothly

- Provide support and training to team members on how to use Zapier and troubleshoot any issues

- Document all integrations and processes for future reference

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field

- Proven experience working with Zapier and integrating various systems and applications

- Strong understanding of API integrations and webhooks

- Experience with JavaScript and JSON

- Familiarity with CRM and ATS systems is a plus

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Strong communication and collaboration skills
