Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact Understand clients' business needs and goals, and provide solutions and recommendations to help them achieve their objectives Conduct regular meetings and communication with clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any issues or concerns Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects and services to clients Monitor and analyze clients' usage and performance data to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our services Keep up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations Act as a brand ambassador for Manatal Tech Team, promoting our services and maintaining a positive image in the market Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in account management or consulting, preferably in the technology industry Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client relationships Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of project management methodologies is a plus Why Join Us?
