<h2>About the Role</h2>

<p>

The InStore Group is currently seeking <strong>Independent Contractors (IC)</strong> who have

retail merchandising service experience.

</p>

<p>

As an <strong>IC Merchandiser</strong>, you will complete client objectives at store locations you select,

including continuity merchandising, planogram updates, display building, inventory capturing,

photo compliance, and completing client site surveys.

</p>

<h2>What Youll Do</h2>

<ul>

<li>Work independently to complete merchandising projects at various retail stores you select.</li>

<li>Comply with store/chain service vendor policies.</li>

<li>

Complete client objectives, including:

<ul>

<li>Continuity merchandising</li>

<li>Planogram (POG) updates</li>

<li>Display building</li>

<li>Inventory capturing</li>

<li>Photo compliance</li>

<li>Client site surveys</li>

</ul>

</li>

</ul>

<h2>Requirements</h2>

<h3>Experience (1+ year each)</h3>

<ul>

<li>Planograms: 1 year — <strong>must be able to read planograms</strong></li>

<li>Merchandising: 1 year</li>

<li>Resets: 1 year</li>

<li>Retail: 1 year</li>

</ul>

<h3>Other Requirements</h3>

<ul>

<li>Ability to lift and carry at least <strong>50 pounds</strong></li>

<li>Internet access</li>

<li>Reliable transportation</li>

<li>Client requirement: minimum age <strong>18 years old</strong></li>

</ul>
